To send an obligatory registration, please, complete the online form.

Participation fees

In addition to participation, the fee also includes hardcopies of Program and Book of Abstracts, the possibility to publish the full texts in Proceedings, meals during the scientific program, welcome party, dinner and VAT. Program and Book of Abstracts will be available to each participant at registration desk in printed form, while other materials will be exclusively in electronic form.

Commercial presentations and fees

Companies can present commercial lecture of the same length as any standard lecture in one of the sessions of standard scientific lectures. If the registered company is not interested to present a company lecture, it is possible to register and present a company poster instead. Registered companies have a presentation space (table) available in the lobby for the entire duration of the symposium.

Please make payment by bank transfer or other direct payment method to the conference account.

Don't forget to put your name (name of the participant) in the note for the recipient – it is necessary to identify the payment! In the case of group payment, put all the names of participants (if the capacity of the note allows it) and also send a list of the names of all the registered participants to czechfoodchem@vscht.cz.
