Participation fees

The standard full participation fee for the symposium is 195 EUR (4 950 CZK), and 180 EUR (4 500 CZK) for ČSCH members. One-day fee (for any one day of the symposium) is 115 EUR (2 950 CZK). Students of full-time master and doctoral studies pay a discounted student fee of 135 EUR (3 450 CZK). More detailed preliminary information on fee, organization and program you will find in Information. In addition to participation, the fee also includes hardcopies of Program and Book of Abstracts, the possibility to publish the full texts in Proceedings, meals during the scientific program, welcome party, dinner and VAT. Program and Book of Abstracts will be available to each participant at registration desk in printed form, while other materials will be exclusively in electronic form.

Commercial presentations and fees

Companies can present commercial lecture of the same length as any standard lecture in one of the sessions of standard scientific lectures. If the registered company is not interested to present a company lecture, it is possible to register and present a company poster instead. Registered companies have a presentation space (table) available in the lobby for the entire duration of the symposium.
The basic conference fee for commercial participants is EUR 430 (CZK 10 900) including VAT. The fee applies for a lecturer and one lecture (logo). If co-authors of the paper or other employees of the commercial company without a presentation are participants of the conference, they register separately and pay the standard participant conference fee.
The commercial fee includes a logo on the symposium website (as Symposium Partner), as well as in the Symposium Program, The Book of Abstracts, Proceedings of (fulltext) contributions (with ISSN and ISBN) and on the running slideshow during the symposium. Payment methods

Please make payment by bank transfer or other direct payment method to the conference account. Please pay the fee no later than May 8, 2024.

Don't forget to put your name (name of the participant) in the note for the recipient – it is necessary to identify the payment! In the case of group payment, put all the names of participants (if the capacity of the note allows it) and also send a list of the names of all the registered participants to czechfoodchem@vscht.cz.
